Terms and Conditions

Cottonwood Cottage accommodates 6 people in beds, and standard rates apply. There is a $20.00 per person per night fee over 6 people.

Rates are per night, based upon a 2 night minimum visit (3night minimum during holidays, festivals and the months of July and August) and does not include taxes.

Full payment is due 60 days in advance; your credit card will be charged for the balance amount due if payment or cancellation notice is not received.

Upon booking and payment of your non-refundable reservation deposit ($250.00) you will be sent a confirmation letter and directions.

Cancellations or changes made more than 60 days in advance will be charged a cancellation fee. (reservation deposit)

Cancellations or changes made less then 60 days in advance forfeit the full amount paid, but your rent will be refunded (less the reservation fee) if Cottonwood can re-rent.

A current VISA or Master Card and/or security deposit of $250.00 will be retained until after departure and may be used to cover the costs of damages, replacement of missing items, cleaning beyond normal expectations, or any other expenses incurred by the renter.

Check-In is 3pm and Check-out is 11am. Late check outs will be charged for an additional night, unless you have prior approval by the owner.

The renter shall pay any and all legal fees and costs to the owner and/or agent if any action or suit shall be brought about by the owner or agent for the recovery of rent due, reimbursement of damages, cleaning or other expenses incurred by the renter or to enforce any right hereby conferred, or the recovery of the possession of the premises.

Please, No pets and No smoking! Violation of this policy will result in a $250.00 fine.
